Responsibilities & Context

  • "Junior Officer" to be recruited for CDIP, a reputed national development organization reportable to 'Head of HR & OD and Administration'.

  • Ensure to complete final payment of the staff after separation in timely manner;

  • Support to new candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, joining, placement & orientation, Prepare appointment letter;

  • Prepare Offer Letter, Appointment letter & Permanent Letter;

  • Prepare different type of note & various reports on HR & related works;

  • Ensure that all employees personal file and profiles in HRM Software are updated;

  • Assist in processes and procedures for Compensation, Employee satisfaction, HR Audit and other HR related issues;

  • Maintain & update HR documentation, organize files through electronic and other means of communication;

  • Assist with day- to-day operations of the HR functions and duties; Any other task assigned by the authority/management.

  • Repost.

Skills & Expertise

Drafting various types of letters, MS word English and Bangla (Bijoy)
